  The pharmacy is worthless, this is the third time this happened to me, put my prescriptions in and they tell you one thing then days later tell you they need prior authorization, I would expect a phone call telling me not me calling and finding out 2 days before I have no medication that is a must to take! I'm so done with this pharmacy and who they have working behind the counter, the only person who is worth Gold is Angel the pharmacy tech

  Worst experience! I went in to pick up my prescription and pharmacy technician told me she was working on it and to give her a few minutes and she will call my name. I waited for over 30 mins came back and asked if it was ready and then she tells me that she messed up on something and is waiting for the pharmacist to check it. The pharmacist checks and said nothing was wrong. First of all my prescription was sent in that morning and it should of been done by lunch. Instead of going during my lunch to get it I waited until after work since it was on my way home. I did not expect to wait for over 30 mins to just get a Z pack. This store location needs to hire more help if the staffing is an issue and to also have training on customer service. The young lady who was the technician that night had a poor attitude. I'm just disappointed.
